Located a mile east of Stockport town centre, Woodbank Memorial Park is home to Kindling Market Garden (formerly known as Woodbank Community Food Hub) – an urban horticulture hub co-ordinated by The Kindling Trust, that joins up inclusive community gardening with commercial organic food production.

Woodbank Park Nursery is home to the Kindling Trust's FarmStart program where people are learning to become commercial organic growers. The nursery is open to the public for community gardening sessions and much more - to find out more about these events, visit The Kindling Trust website.
