The Sable family planted their fruit trees on their home at White Horn Farm in Carey, Herefordshire 15 years ago. Now their orchards produce a fantastic variety of apples, pears, plums and cherry. Having been organic since it's inception they do not use any pesticides or chemicals and build natural fertility with compost, manure, rotational systems and green manures.
